It won't even open now. I cleared the cache, etc. and even completely uninstalled and reinstalled several times. The dog animation runs for about 1 second and then disappears. I've been putting in receipts for months, apparently for nothing. It's a waste of time. I contacted support, but they were useless. They were giving me instructions for things to do as if the APP was open! The APP won't open! That's the freakin' problem! So apparently,their support just sends out generic answers.

App was updated this year to include playing games that you have to download. Therefore, adding more memory to the phone and increased chance of junk added to your phone. Now, for the past few days, It states that the Amazon receipts are in maintenance mode. Which doesn't make any sense for this many days. I entered a ticket-no response so far. Now I'm losing points when I purchase from Amazon. This app used to be very simple & straightforward. Now it's just junk.

Redemption doesn't always work! Support is awful. I've used this app and earned some rewards, but I lost $10 because the store I had earned the gift card for wasn't able to redeem it. I got the runaround from Fetch support. They told me I'd already used it, when I definitely had not. Every time you contact them, someone else replies, so your original problem gets lost in the shuffle. Don't bother with this app. Take it from someone who's lost a ton of time on it. Don't waste yours!
